A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to policyholders and assist with policy-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance to policyholders through phone, email, and correspondence regarding policy coverage and claims
Process requests and maintain department standards for call management
Review and update procedures related to policy information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of office experience; telecommunications experience is a plus
Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook
