As a Sr. Product Manager on the Digital Technology team, a typical day for you will include :

  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the home services industry.
  • Product Strategy : Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy : Create and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products, including positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
  • Customer Engagement : Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement, including customer feedback systems and personalized marketing efforts.

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the home services or related industry
  • Skills : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsCreative approach to problem-solving.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
