• Report to different community locations as needed
• Provide support and assist on-site staff with training and initiative roll-out
• Assist Management with any requested work to be done at the community

Our Ideal Candidate

2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred) Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and customer service skills Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations. Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems Ability to alternate schedules on an as-needed basis Valid driver license and any other licenses / certifications required by the state
