BASIC FUNCTION : responsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient and friendly service.
RESPONSIBILITIES ( other duties may be assigned as needed) :
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction
- Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, etc
- Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously
- Process orders in person, on phone or via email
- Efficient communication with dispatcher coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Discussing features and benefits of products and services
- Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner
- Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
- Visiting jobsites for measures and design
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES :
Ability to read, write, and speak in EnglishAble to complete basic math and measurement skillsProficient with Microsoft Office productsExperience in 20 / 20Previous Kitchen and Bath design experienceDetail orientedTo be self-motivated and have a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and within a team settingCommunication (verbal communication, persuasive impact, listening, written communication)PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Ability to stand and sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Manual dexterity.Ability to talk and hear.THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
