Lifeguard - Crosby, MN On-call & Part-time, 2-3 Hrs / wk

HealthFitness is looking for Lifeguards to join the aquatics team at our community client site located in Crosby, MN. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all the aquatic facility members and guests. Looking for an on-call Lifeguard to cover when current guards are unable to work as well as one guard to work 2-3 hours per week. Lifeguard Certification Courses will be held on-site for individuals who want to become a Lifeguard.

What You Will Need :

• Lifeguard certification from American Red Cross or willingness to obtain Lifeguard / CPR / AED / FA certification from ARC.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
