You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding design teams, managing clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior Transportation Project Manager , you will :
• Lead and manage transportation design projects from concept through delivery.
• Oversee roadway engineering, including roundabout, interchange, and active transportation design .
• Direct and mentor engineering design teams while ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation .
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and fee proposals .
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, public agencies, and stakeholders .
• Develop business opportunities and cultivate relationships to expand transportation design services.
• Navigate Caltrans processes and requirements (District 5 experience a plus).
