PKF Investment Banking is seeking an Analyst to join our rapidly growing M&A advisory practice. Successful candidates should have strong cognitive and interpersonal abilities, want to develop their professional and personal skills and are motivated by the prospect of building a leading M&A advisory firm.
As an Analyst at PKF Investment Banking you will work closely with senior members of the Investment Banking team in preparing analyses, executing M&A transactions, and participating in due diligence.

Essential duties include but are not limited to the follow :
- Perform financial and valuation analyses
- Prepare pitch books and live deal materials, including confidential information memoranda and management presentations
- Conduct market research
- Identify potential buyers or acquisition targets
- Facilitate due diligence
- Interact with senior bankers and clients' senior executives
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as modeling skills
- Strong project management experience
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- M&A, capital raising, investment banking, accounting or other relevant experience preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- 4-year degree required
- Has or willing to obtain a Series 63 and 79
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
