Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing for and attending depositions, representing clients in court, and providing general litigation support.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of law, legal procedures, and regulations
- Experience in drafting motions and conducting legal research
- Proficient in preparing for and attending depositions
- Ability to effectively represent clients in court
- Experience working in various courts and understanding court procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in the state of Georgia
- Previous experience in civil litigation is a plus
