ChurchKey is seeking full-time and part-time SERVERS and BARTENDERS!!!

ChurchKey is consistently rated one of the best beer bars in the country with one of the most carefully curated beer programs in the world.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications :
- Previous experience in casual to fine-dining settings with advanced hospitality skills
- Passion for food, beverage (especially beer!)
- Excellent multitasking skills while demonstrating grace under pressure
- A positive, upbeat attitude and the desire to provide excellent hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
- A team-player mentality
Responsibilities of the Server position include, and are not limited to :
- Learning about and educating guests on our extensive craft beer, wine, and liquor program
- Learning about and educating guests on our daily changing menu and how to properly pair food with beverage
- Precise order taking and correctly sending information to the kitchen
- Advanced communication skills to engage with management, kitchen, bar, and fellow team members regarding guest likes, dislikes, needs, potential issues, etc.
- Providing guests with 5-star dining experience
