BC FM physician needed in IN to work in primary care center located in phenomenal state of the art building. NO CALL. Must be board certified and willing to be the collaborator with fantastic NP. EXCELLENT guaranteed base salary plus RVU. $20,000 sign-on, $10,000 relocation, $4,000 CME, full benefits including paid malpractice and 30 days paid time off.
