Job Title : Process Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Design Engineer to join a dynamic team in the oil and gas sector. This role is based in Houston, Texas, with a hybrid work model offering flexibility between office and remote work.
The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging design , specifically related to skid package design , package assembly , and process systems .
A background in midstream operations and compression equipment is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in manufacturing and fabrication processes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop process equipment packages with a focus on skid packages.
- Ensure seamless integration of components and systems within the design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project and safety standards.
- Support the development of packaging assembly processes for optimized operations.
- Work closely with manufacturing and fabrication teams to oversee the assembly of designed packages.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience in skid package design, package assembly, and process systems.
- Background in the oil & gas industry , with a focus on midstream or compression processes.
- Manufacturing and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
