Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction administration and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks associated with construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks associated with Construction Administration.
  • Prepare and distribute project field reports
  • Maintain construction schedules and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project completion.
  • Maintain relationships with Contractors and Owners Representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction Management degree or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in Construction Administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and building codes
  • Willing to travel regionally
