Our client is seeking a Director of Digital and Media Strategy to join their growing team. This is a leadership role responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with an organization's overall business objectives.
They oversee all digital marketing activities, ensuring that they are effective, efficient, and contribute to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital strategy : Create and implement a strategic roadmap for digital initiatives, aligning them with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing operations : Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities, including website development, SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Measure and analyze performance : Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends : Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
- Manage budgets : Oversee and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Build and maintain relationships : Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong leadership skills : Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Digital marketing expertise : Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and tools.
- Analytical skills : Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Experience with digital advertising platforms : Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of web development and design : HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
- Experience with analytics tools : Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Certifications in digital marketing : Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), Google Ads Certified, etc.
- Familiarity with ad buying DSPs
