- Evaluate Current Workflows, Resource Allocation, and Performance Metrics.
- Conduct a Gap Analysis.
Phase 2 : Design Shared Services Model
- Develop a Conceptual Framework.
- Conduct a Cost-Benefit Analysis.
- Create a Detailed Design Blueprint.
- Develop an Implementation Roadmap.
Phase 3 : Implementation of the Model
- Develop a Detailed Implementation Plan.
- Conduct Training Sessions for Staff.
- Roll Out the Model.
- Conduct Post-Implementation Audits.
