We are one of the fastest growing Great Clips franchisees in the San Antonio and Corpus Christi areas. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base + comm + productivity + tips).
Last week our avg effective wage was $27.78 / hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $21 / hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview.
Hands on training and $300 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barbers license required.

Hair Stylist / Barber Qualifications :
- Cosmetology and / or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state / province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
