Responsibilities
- Create delivery tickets and invoices for deliveries
- Create purchase orders
- Submit invoices for payments
- Enter payments and send regular customer statements
- Help answer phones
- Provide general support and overview to customers as needed to manage invoices
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Knowledge of Dynamics GP preferred, not required
