Primary Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions tailored to meet individual student needs.
- Maintain detailed records and collect data to monitor student progress effectively.
- Collaborate closely with school personnel, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in applying behavioral strategies.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working with children, especially in educational or behavioral settings, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Compassion, patience, and dedication to helping students achieve their full potential.
Additional Information :
- This is a full-time position during regular school hours.
- The role involves working with students across various grade levels.
