Job Summary :
Sulzer Creative Agency is seeking a meticulously organized Account Manager to help us GO DO GOOD with our nonprofit and purpose-driven client partners.
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between Sulzer and our clients, driving projects to ensure timelines, milestones, and budgets are met while maintaining high standards of communication and client service.
This role requires a proactive approach to managing both client relationships and project deliverables from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creates and sustains advertising and marketing campaigns, pitches, communications, and creative content as per the services contracted by the client.
- Regularly coordinates with production managers, creative directors, traffic managers, and media / public relations staff to align agency efforts for assigned clients / accounts.
- Successfully presents, promotes, and defends all agency work / proposals to clients; assists other client service team members in these activities.
- Stays updated on clients' brands, products, services, and marketing innovations.
- Manages daily input of billing data into Monday.com software
- Remains informed about the progress of clients' projects through production and traffic managers or other appropriate staff.
- Proactively pursues additional projects and new business opportunities from existing client relationships.
- Ensures that tasks are completed on time and meet client satisfaction by conducting follow-ups.
- Maintains communication with clients regarding account issues to meet their needs.
- Represents the agency externally in a manner that reflects the organization's core values and guiding principles.
- Helps prepare client invoices, proposals, and plans for marketing, media, and public relations.
- Ensures timely collection of accounts receivable.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of account management experience at a creative / advertising / marketing agency.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated passion for working with nonprofits and purpose-driven organizations.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, advertising, media, and project management principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen sense of attention to detail.
- Proficient in business applications such as Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete projects on time and on budget.
- Digital native with experience in creative processes and communication platforms (print, digital, social, PPT, video, animation).
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Location :
Sulzer Creative Agency is headquartered in Tampa, Florida. We offer a hybrid work option, allowing team members the flexibility to work from our workspace, remotely, or both.
Our teams meet in-person periodically, and our clients are located throughout the US.
Compensation :
- Salary range : $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience.
