Job Title : CNC Lathe Operator

Job Description

Operate HAAS, Sing Turning, and Index C200 machines. Safely perform various tasks related to maintaining, altering, upgrading, and repairing CNC machinery in an aerospace manufacturing facility.

Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area. Use appropriate PPE, work practices, and other controls to minimize risk exposure to yourself and others on site.

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, which may include changing oil, changing belts, servicing filtration systems, changing air filters, and checking for damaged components.

Observe facility maintenance / repair needs and notify supervision of any items that cannot be resolved with a 'See it, Fix it' approach.

Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment malfunctions, including electronic and mechanical failures.

Work Environment

Clean work environment, climate-controlled, but they work with oil so the floor is slippery and will be an adjustment to walk on.

Available shifts include First Shift and Third Shift, with Third Shift being the priority.
