Job Description : The Vice President of Franchise Development will be responsible for supervising franchise development for both Any Lab Test Now and ARCpoint Labs under CRESSO Brands.

This role will require significant experience in franchise development, relationship management, and staff development. The Vice President of Franchise Development will be tasked with the following responsibilities :

• Overseeing franchise development for Any Lab Test Now and ARCPoint Labs.
• Working closely with prospective franchisees throughout the discovery process, ensuring a smooth and successful sales, education, relationship-building, and onboarding process.
• Manage the resale process with franchisees who want to sell their franchise.
• Managing lead generation to maximize quality leads from various sources, including collaboration with marketing and vendors to achieve desired results.
• Organizing effective Discovery Day presentations to inform candidates about the franchise opportunities.
• Overseeing staff development, ensuring personnel are well-trained and knowledgeable to support franchise operations.
• Providing weekly reporting to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for business growth.
• Collaborating closely with CRESSO Brands and other internal departments to support overall organizational development.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions relevant to Any Lab Test Now and ARCPoint Labs to ensure effective strategizing.
• Managing the complex issue of two brands sharing multiple territories.
• Overseeing the mapping management software, eSiteAnalytics.

Qualifications : Extensive experience in franchise development, preferably within the healthcare, clinical, or laboratory services sectors.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchisees and internal teams.

Proven track record in lead generation and identification of potential franchisees. Experience in managing and developing staff to ensure a well-functioning, highly skilled team.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make informed strategic decisions. Ability to travel as needed for presentations, meetings, and other franchise-related events.

Candidates for this role should possess a deep understanding of franchising, as well as local economic conditions and competition in the industry.

The Vice President of Franchise Development will play a crucial role in the strategic growth and development of both Any Lab Test Now and ARCpoint Labs franchises under CRESSO Brands.

Base salary : $125,000
