Aerial Groundhand Laborer
Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
This position involves performing routine construction related activities such as pulling rope, climbing ladders, using common hand tools, manual digging with shovel, cable handling, and general clean-up.
Stock and load trucks with materials for jobs
Complete daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
Accurately complete all required company documentation for each assignment according to established company standards and procedures
Organize materials, tools, and equipment
Ability to read blueprints to interpret daily work assignment
Traffic Control & Safety
General clean up of truck and work areas
Perform work in a safe manner and comply with all established safety policies and procedures
Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts.
Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary.
Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.

Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
Ability to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Must be able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout each day
Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, homeowners, and customers
Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable work attendance
Must have valid driver's license, CDL is a plus
Must be able to pass drug and background screening
Must be authorized to work in the United States
