- Monitor patient condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.- Coordinate with physicians and other health care professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document care activities.- Respond to emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.- Comply with procedures, regulations, and rules to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and co-workers.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, high level of professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
