About the Team

At Angi, our mission is simple yet ambitious : to ensure every service is a 'Job Done Well'. The Services Operations team plays a critical role in bringing this mission to life by shaping strategy, running innovative operational experiments, and scaling impactful launches. We partner closely with teams across the company to design creative, data-driven solutions that elevate the experience for both Homeowners and Pros. United by a passion for solving complex challenges, our team is committed to making home services seamless, reliable, and high-quality at every step.

About the Role

The Senior Analyst of Strategy & Operations will work directly with the Associate Director of Services Operations to drive platform growth and improve service quality. You'll analyze data to uncover opportunities, build business cases, and lead large cross-functional initiatives that move the needle on Angi's most critical priorities.

In this role, you will own and support high-impact strategic projects; partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Care, Analytics, and Marketing to test, launch, and scale improvements that strengthen our ability to deliver a Job Done Well. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who bring analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and operational discipline to accelerate Angi's growth and ensure our customers and pros have the best possible experience.
