Director of Finance

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to lead financial management, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations, including accounting oversight and financial reporting

Develop financial models for forecasting and lead budgeting processes

Manage cash flow planning and improve financial reporting systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

7-10+ years of finance or accounting experience, particularly in FP&A and operational finance

Experience in retail or e-commerce, preferably in franchise-driven businesses

Proficient in financial modeling and reporting tools

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
