Compensation : $48–$52 per hour, based on experience

A patient-centered general dental practice in Auburn, MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. This position offers a consistent 4-day work week in a supportive environment where clinical excellence and teamwork are valued. We are looking for a hygienist who believes in proactive and consistent treatment of periodontal disease, with the ability to educate and engage patients in their long-term oral health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Administer local anesthesia (permit required) to support patient comfort during hygiene and restorative procedures.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, recognizing complex cases and contributing to interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to ensure seamless case management and quality care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records while adhering to OSHA and infection control protocols.
• Build trust-based relationships with patients through excellent communication and patient-focused care.
