Cook / Lead Line Wanted -3 years prior experience in a high-volume environment
- Good organizational skills and quick short-order cooking abilities are required.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work in a team, follow directions, and demonstrate their commitment to the food service industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Making large batch quantities
- Assisting with food prep
- Preparing short orders
- Addressing guests' needs appropriately.
Our café in Reading Terminal Market is an open kitchen environment, so the ability to work in a clean, organized, and professional manner is a must.
