Attorney
Position : (Junior) Attorney
Location : Houston, TX
Duration : Full-time / In person

We are currently seeking (Junior) Attorneys with either some experience in Personal Injury law or recent law school graduates who have obtained their law license and possess a keen interest in practicing in the field of Personal Injury.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in case preparation related to Personal Injury claims.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and develop case strategies.
- Assist in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel for settlements.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and client meetings under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assist in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent and trademark applications.
- Review and evaluate potential cases.
- Collaborate with departments, teams and attorneys
- Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law is a plus.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Texas Bar License
- Prior experience in Personal Injury law preferred but not required for recent graduates.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Skilled with computers and software
