Position : Electrical Test Technician-2nd shift
Type : Contract to Hire
Location : Franklin, WI
Hours : Monday Thursday, 4 : 00 PM to 2 : 30 AM (with overtime 2 or 3 Fridays a month)
Pay Rate : $27.00 hourly + 20% differential
Job Summar y : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with high voltage (480 volt / 3 phase and above) and electronic assembly and wiring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform electrical testing on various systems and components
- Assemble and wire electronic components accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with high voltage systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Document test results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
Qualifications :
- Associate's degree in Electronic / Electrical Technology or similar preferred
- 2-year technical degree preferred
- 4-year degree in a related field is a plus
- Relevant experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable
