Base Salary : $600 $800 per day + Monthly Collection Bonus

M - F 8 - 5 (Friday until 3)

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive general dentistry : exams, restorative, crowns, endo, and extractions

Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and confidently

Build strong patient relationships based on trust and communication

Work closely with a skilled clinical team to maintain efficiency and care quality

Maintain accurate, compliant records and documentation

What You'll Bring

Active DDS / DMD license in Maryland

Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads considered)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
