Location : Norcross, GA (Training on site then remote)

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced recruiter to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS), especially SuccessFactors.
You will be a key player in starting new components of our recruiting portal and collaborating with the team to achieve our recruitment goals.
A recruiter interested in this role should expect heavy travel at the beginning of 2025 for 3-4 months and be available for those travel dates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Post internal and external job advertisements.
- Monitor resume submissions to determine the need for job posting sponsorship.
- Maintain an accurate listing of all open positions.
- Participate in recruiting events and cultivate relationships with relevant schools and training programs.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to fully understand position requirements, duties, and responsibilities.
- Source, screen, and identify applicants who are the best fit for open positions.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews (phone and face-to-face); interviews may occasionally be performed on weekends.
- Make hiring recommendations to managers and schedule applicant interviews.
- Extend contingent offers of employment.
- Maintain employee confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as necessary in the best interest of the company.
Travel Demands :
Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 10% - 40% depending on business needs and new site launches.

Education / Experience :
Required : High School Diploma 2-3 years of previous professional recruitment experience Experience with SuccessFactors or other ATS platforms

- Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for various roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
