As a member of the Commercial Banking Health Care team, you'll work to build enduring business partnerships with our clients.
As a Commercial Banking Associate, you will complete a 3-month training program that teaches you the skills you will need throughout your professional career, including sales, learning how to build your professional brand, and negotiation training. At the same time, you will gain real-world experience working alongside seasoned commercial Healthcare bankers. You will gain in-depth product knowledge in the areas of financing, treasury management, private banking, and derivatives. After your training program is complete, you'll play a key role in the preparation of credit requests and provide support to the relationship managers working specifically on health care deals.

Classroom learning - Expand your prior knowledge of accounting, finance, credit analysis, business writing, financial modeling, and relevant computer skills in the 3 month training program.
Supporting Relationship Managers - underwriting credit transactions for all lines of business, assisting with other risk management and product initiatives, analyzing financial information and statements, and analyzing and identifying risks associated with various commercial loans.
