Assist clients by following their care plan which may include : companionship, meal
preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders,
bathing, body care, dressing, feeding, ambulation, positioning, transferring, toileting
and escort (transportation is the responsibility of the client).
Notify the Care Coordinator of any client concerns, changes in care or client condition,
client emergencies or any safety concerns.
Adhere to company Infection Control practices; notify the office if in need of
appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or supplies.
Adhere to clock in and clock out procedures for all scheduled shifts and accurately
update your task status for each client prior to clocking out and leaving the client’s
home.
Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures to include code of conduct and dress
code as specified in the Employee Handbook.
- Report to work on-time for your scheduled shift.
- Complete ongoing training as required by company policies and procedures.
- Maintains a positive relationship with clients and their families.
- Maintains positive client satisfaction surveys.
