Every other holiday.Term : 13 weeksBLSMust be able to read & interpret Telemetry independently.Neuro assessment experience preferred1 year of experience will be consideredWill consider up to two weeks of RTOPertinent Unit Info : Acute care interventional telemetry medical surgical unit, 32 private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high (frequent neuro checks), 1 : 5-6 nurse patient ratio, navy blue scrubs.

Patient population includes epilepsy, myasthenia gravis, stroke, multiple sclerosis, NPH, migraine, encephalopathy, brain mass, hemicraniectomy, other neurological / neurosurgical diagnoses.

LPN blended model, must assist LPNs with assessments and medication administration.No ventilated patients.Heparin, argatroban, cardizem, amiodarone, insulin, ketamine drips.

Must complete bedside report at start of shift.First to float, every other weekend Friday / Saturday night requirement, every other holiday requirement.
