Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and best practices in therapy
- Commitment to professional development and continued education

Responsibilities :
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needsDevelop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual studentsCollaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to facilitate effective communication strategiesMonitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessaryProvide direct therapy services in one-on-one and group settingsMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress madeParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussionsBenefits :
