- Position : OB Hospitalist - Full-Time / Part-time

Facility Overview :
- Level III NICU
- Approximately 167 monthly deliveries
- In-house Anesthesia
- MFM : 1 day per week on site & available for consults
- EMR : EPIC
- Residency - Obstetrics & Gynecology
- NICVIEW camera system which allows parents to view their newborns 24 / 7 while they are receiving care in our NICU.
- The neonatal unit was named Claire’s place after Claire Mahaffey, born in 2008 after 26 weeks of gestation.
Responsibilities (Location specific) :
- OBHG Hospitalists are responsible for all unassigned patients and any Ob / Gyn emergencies.
- OBHG Hospitalists provide back up support to midwives and private practice physicians.
Work Schedule :
- Full-Time : 5 or more 24-hour shifts per 28-day block
- Part-Time : 1 to 4 24-hour shifts per 28-day block

Requirements :
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active SD medical license
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
