We're looking for a connector, storyteller, and community builder to join our crew as Director of Culture + Experience. This is a hybrid role that blends curating unforgettable guest experiences with leading property-level marketing.

Responsibilities

As the cultural ambassador for The Virginian Lodge, you'll :

• Create and oversee on-property events, activations, and signature Outbound programming.
• Build partnerships with local vendors, guides, and artisans to bring Jackson's spirit to lifeand connect them to our experiential sales platform.
• Manage marketing initiatives including website updates, email campaigns, social media collaborations, and local media / DMO partnerships.
• Capture and share content that tells our story across digital and traditional channels.
• Partner with CoralTree Hospitality's brand team on larger campaigns while keeping a pulse on the local community.
