Pay : Earning potential $40,000 -55,000 / year hourly + SPIFFs
Work Hours : 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm daily, with some overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Primary Job Function : To repair, maintain and install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with high quality experience.
Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Completion of HVAC Certification through trade school
- Strong mechanical skills
- Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades preferred
- Desire and commitment to learn and improve
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and handling heights
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
