Job Summary
- The Occupational Therapist is responsible for helping people participate in the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.
- Services may include comprehensive evaluations of the client's home and other environments, recommendations for adaptive equipment and training in its use, training in how to modify a task or activity to facilitate participation, and guidance and education for family members and caregivers.
Education and / or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required
License / Certification / Registration
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state providing services.
- Current certification of National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm; 80hrs / 2wks
- Every 6 th weekend
- Occasional holiday
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$30.25 - $45.75 per hour
