Instructional Design Specialist

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Specialist to design and develop innovative training solutions for client services-based departments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop new training programs and materials based on the ADDIE model

Create content across various modalities, including ILT, VILT, eLearning, and self-paced courses

Utilize tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia for content development and video editing

Required Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories

Expert proficiency with Articulate 360 suite, including Storyline and Rise

Proven experience with Camtasia and video development / editing

Demonstrated proficiency in the Design and Development phases of the ADDIE model

Intermediate experience with MS SharePoint Online for content management
