This is an exciting opportunity for a consulting-minded professional with strong program leadership skills and experience in business transformation. As a Program Manager Business Strategy & Transformation, you will lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives that support our clients' enterprise strategies. You'll collaborate with senior executives, lead cross-functional initiatives, and bring structure and clarity to complex business challengeswhile creating customized, value-driven solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will :

• Lead and deliver enterprise-level business transformation programs that align with client strategic priorities.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to client leadership, shaping approaches that drive measurable impact.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure alignment across goals, resources, and timelines.
• Address and implement solutions for complex operational, integration, and organizational challenges.
• Guide clients through strategic change initiatives, including M&A integration, org design, and process improvement.
• Deliver digital business strategies that accelerate innovation, enable agility, and position clients for future growth.
• Facilitate executive decision-making and promote clarity around priorities, risks, and outcomes.
• Provide transparent updates, reporting, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across teams and workstreams.
