Compensation and Benefit Info

Compensation range of $180,000-$220,000 Per Yearplus discretionary annual bonus

Job Summary

The Reliability and Maintenance Director of Equipment is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and manufacturing facilities. This role will lead the establishment of reliability processes and tracking across all activities and divisions of Colas USA. Preferred experience includes construction, mining, landfill, and refuse management.
