About the Position :
Our client, a dynamic Chicago boutique litigation law firm founded by a former large law firm partner, has an immediate need for a stellar experienced (7+ years) commercial litigation attorney to join as a senior-level associate (or junior partner / counsel, depending on level of experience).

Responsibilities :
- Take the lead on all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial
- Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court
Required Qualifications :
- 7 or more years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Desire for a busy and sophisticated boutique litigation practice
- Clerkship experience a plus
- Excellent academic credentials
