We are closed weekends and holidays. We have six physicians and one ARNP. The clinic is two floors. The provider offices, exam rooms, and lab are located on the first floor.
The treatment center and pharmacy is located on the second floor. We need someone with current chemotherapy administration experience.
Also they need to be comfortable with accessing / working with ports, working with PICCs, and starting peripheral IVs. Ideally, we would like someone that would be willing to work 5 8 hour shifts rotating with 4 9 hours shifts.

No exceptions.Floating : All travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop of practice if needed. The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff.
All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to the facility they re floated to.
Traveler s refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and / or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.REFERENCES - Extremely important to have on file prior to submittal.
