Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : Hauppauge, NY

Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : $18-20 / hr

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will utilize best practices by adding value to customers by providing excellent customer service across all components of the branch operations to include sales, vendor management and product information.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide high level support to customers in an efficient, timely and professional manner through phone call and email.
• Assist with vendor problems.
• Coordinate office billing.
• Use knowledge of electrical products to answer customer questions regarding sales and orders.
• Complete sales and orders and manage payments.
• Create receiving non-conformance problem reports.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
• Strong customer service skills
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to be flexible.
