About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Tullahoma, TN from 09 / 30 / 2024 to 12 / 28 / 2024. This role requires expertise in physical therapy and physical therapy assistance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license in Tennessee.
• Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably with a focus on outpatient care.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
