A company is looking for an Associate Site Reliability Engineer who will enhance the stability and efficiency of its global SaaS platform through automation and collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop automation tools and platform capabilities to reduce manual tasks and enhance self-service functionalities
Support automation frameworks for incident response, monitoring optimization, and compliance validation
Contribute to observability solutions, including alert setups and automated SLO management
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in software development, SRE, DevOps, or systems administration
Programming or scripting experience in Go, Python, Bash, or similar languages
Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS / GCP / Azure, and Infrastructure as Code tools
Understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems concepts
Exposure to FedRAMP, SOC2, or other compliance frameworks is a plus
