Job Details

Must be based in Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, or Northwest Indiana.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Senior to join our team.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and execute audits for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with GAAS and other relevant standards.

2. Prepare and review audit work papers and reports, including the identification and documentation of audit issues and recommendations for improvement.

3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for audit-related inquiries.

4. Utilize CCH Axcess and other tools to enhance audit efficiency and quality.

5. Provide technical guidance to junior team members and participate in their professional development.

6. Participate in strategic planning initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our audit methodologies and practices.

Qualifications :

1. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. 3-7 years of experience within Audit in the public accounting industry.

3. Active CPA is a plus, but at least having the desire to attain the certification.

4. Experience with CCH Axcess is a plus.

5. Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.

6. Ability to be the primary person on an engagement - Running the job, coordinating with client, scheduling, and overseeing Associates.
