This entry-level role is perfect for someone with clerical or administrative experience who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly.

As a Transit Clerk, you'll be an essential link between Sioux City Transit and the people we serve. Your work helps ensure safe, reliable transportation for our neighbors. You'll :

• Support payroll by processing timecards, leave requests, and time adjustments for about 40 employees every two weeks.
• Enter and organize data in Microsoft Excel with accuracy.
• Fulfill and invoice bus ticket requests from local organizations and community partners.
• Prepare letters, reports, and correspondence.
• Review and process paratransit applications, helping residents access vital transportation.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Order and maintain office supplies to keep our operations moving.

Bonus points if you have experience with AS / 400 systems.
