Schedule : Full or Part Time openings available. The location is open 7 days a week. You need to have open availability as your schedule might rotate.
Hourly rate : $15.00+ per hour based on experience

By maintaining a well-organized and sanitized dishwashing area, you play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences in a senior living setting.
What you will do
- Monitor and empty the box bin as needed.
- Set up and clear the pot washing area using the 3-compartment sink, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Regularly check the tray belt and clear it if necessary.
- Check and fill the dish machine, ensuring it operates efficiently.
- Record wash / rinse temperatures as per established guidelines.
- Wash any items that are soiled and dirty, following proper cleaning procedures.
- Ensure all washable equipment air dries on racks, free of water.
- Follow the procedure of not touching dirty equipment after washing your hands when handling clean equipment.
- Sort and stack clean equipment systematically.
- Carry / cart clean equipment to designated storage areas.
- Wash front-of-house garbage can lids through the dish machine.
- Sanitize stainless steel surfaces, tray line, and tray belt regularly.
- Wash floor mats and re-rack them on the mat holder.
- Run dish machine filters through the machine for optimal performance.
- Shut down the machine, drain, and clean dish machine jets and screens.
- Rinse the machine inside and out using a hose with hot water connection.
- Place trash and cardboard to the dumpster.
- Assist kitchen staff as needed in various tasks and functions to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility in supporting overall kitchen responsibilities.
What you will need
- Strong teamwork skills.
- The ability to work holiday and weekend shift schedules.
- ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card.
Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
Ability to provide documents for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify, an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.
High School Diploma / GED.
Physical and Sensory Requirements
Requires mobility to stand and walk extensively during shift. Lifting, carrying trays and boxes, pans and dishes up to 25lbs.
Push / Pull Food Hot Boxes up to 50lbs. Bend, stoop for access to carts, food, trays, and other kitchen equipment. Manual dexterity for kitchen utensils, dish machine and tools.
Visuals for reading menus, labels, and directions. Hearing to respond to verbal communications. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
