Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a product development company in the Raleigh, North Carolina, area that is hiring a Project Lead for their engineering team.
In this role, you’ll oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring quality and innovation while guiding and mentoring a team of engineers.
Beyond leading projects, you’ll collaborate closely with customers, external agencies, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications, creating comprehensive project plans and timelines.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the development process.Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct regular project reviews and status updates, communicating progress and addressing any challenges.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design files, testing plans, and validation reports.Participate in proposal development for new projects, working closely with sales and engineering teamsRequirements : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the product development industry.
Strong technical background in hardware development, with a focus on handheld devices, industrial devices, or wearable electronics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders while leading and motivating teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to work.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile).
